Euro Accident & Health Care Insurance AB. is a successful player in the field of health related insurance for companies, organizations and individuals. In 2003, Euro Accident established its current business focus, group insurance, and a close partnership with one of Europe's largest insurer - Generali Pan Europe Ltd - were launched. In this partnership Euro Accident operate as a Managing General Agent (MGA) which means that the company own the clients and carry out the underwriting under a delegated authority, but the risk is borne by Generali PanEurope Ltd. Euro Accident have brokers and sales partners that distribute the products to the end customer.

The group employs 90 people and in September 2010 Euro Accident's gross premiums was 350 MSEK. The Swedish Financial Authority has approved Euro Accident as a registered insurance intermediary.
